Review status
These terms are a review draft. The business legal identity, governing law, contact details, effective date, and service contracting terms must be finalized before public launch.
Website information
Website content provides general information about INIOLUWA Book Publicity and its services. It is not legal advice or a binding service offer. Information may change as services and project requirements develop.
Enquiries and engagements
Submitting an enquiry does not create a service contract or reserve capacity. Any engagement requires a written agreement confirming scope, fees, payment terms, deliverables, timelines, revision stages, intellectual property, confidentiality, cancellation, and responsibilities.
Scope and third parties
Listed activities describe what a tailored engagement can include. They are not automatically included in every package. Editing, cover design, printing, distribution, production, or other specialist work may involve separate providers and costs, which must be identified in the agreed proposal.
No outcome guarantees
INIOLUWA does not guarantee sales, bestseller status, search rankings, reader response, or media coverage. Retailers, publishers, editors, producers, and other third parties independently control their decisions, availability, and platforms.
Illustrative work and intellectual property
Portfolio projects, fictional titles, imaginary authors, and sample schedules are clearly labelled examples. They are not client commissions or evidence of campaign outcomes. Do not submit materials you lack permission to share. Rights to commissioned work must be agreed in the engagement contract. Third-party imagery remains subject to its applicable license.
Responsible use and limitations
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material, or interfere with service availability. To the extent allowed by applicable law, general website information is provided without a promise that it is complete or continuously available. Any limitation of liability must be reviewed for the relevant jurisdiction; non-excludable statutory rights remain unaffected.
Questions and governing terms
Use the contact page to raise questions about these terms. Governing law, dispute procedures, and verified business contact details require confirmation. The signed engagement agreement governs commissioned services.
